American Clean Energy Week Explores the Future of U.S. Power

October 26, 2021

This October 25 – 29th celebrates the inaugural American Clean Power Week! This week, ECI is entering into a national conversation about the future of clean energy in the U.S. This year’s theme is the United States of Clean Energy, commemorating the fact that all 50 U.S. states now produce and utilize clean energy.

The U.S. is undoubtedly in a clean energy boom: with over 186 gigawatts of wind, solar, and energy storage capacity, and a workforce of over 415,000 employees, clean energy is growing faster than ever before. In ECI’s home state of Montana, enough clean energy is produced to power 366,000 American homes.

Clean energy has become a foundational part of ECI’s work providing power delivery solutions. For over 15 years, ECI and our sister company, EPCS, have worked on over 300 clean energy projects across the nation. From preliminary interconnection applications, to feasibility and planning studies, to full-scale designs and builds of substations, collection systems, transmission lines, and energy storage systems, we’ve done it all when it comes to providing power delivery to renewable energy sites. From Hawaii to New York, ECI and EPCS have helped provide clean energy in 32 U.S. states.

But don’t just take our word for it that we’re clean energy experts – check out some of our projects for yourself. Click any of the photos below to learn more about some of our favorite clean energy jobs.
