Established in 1985, Electrical Consultants, Inc. (ECI) has provided comprehensive substation, transmission and distribution engineering design. Our full range of services includes system planning, system studies, automation, machine design, survey, land acquisition and permitting services to the high voltage power industry for nearly 40 years. Our firm has grown significantly since 1985 to include nearly 1,000 professionals across more than 30 offices nationwide.


Electrical Consultants, Inc. (ECI) and EPC Services Company’s (EPCS) Human Resources (HR) Department is the focal point for all recruiting and hiring at ECI and EPCS. Recruiters and agency/staffing firms that are interested in doing business with ECI/EPCS must first have an executed agreement in place and then work directly with the HR Department on all interactions.


ECI/EPCS do not accept unsolicited resumes from recruiters and agency/staffing firms. Resumes are only accepted from recruiters and agency/staffing firms that have executed agreements in place and have authorization to recruit for a specified position.

Our wholly-owned subsidiary, EPC Services Company (EPCS), was formed in 2000. EPCS provides professionally-led procurement, construction and testing services for high voltage electric power utility projects. Across the most recent 20 years, ECI/EPCS has teamed to serve changing market demands with services that include full construction cost estimating, material procurement, construction labor contracting, right of way procurement as well as federal, state and local permitting for all of our construction projects.
