CABLE TESTING

EPCS cable testing services can confirm the electrical condition of new installations, including insulation deterioration and fault locating. Utilizing AC or DC Hi-Pot equipment, EPCS can perform installation and maintenance tests on cable through 69 kV class.

Insulation resistance tests provide a nondestructive method of determining the condition of cable insulation. Megohmmeters are used to accurately measure insulation resistance of cables rated at 15 kV and below.

EARTH & GROUND SYSTEM RESISTANCE TESTING

Grounding systems are a vital part of any electric utility, industrial or commercial facility.
