Under minimal supervision, reporting directly to the Corporate Safety Manager, the successful applicant will provide day to day administrative support relating to safety in electrical engineering and construction industry. The Administrative Assistant schedules, tracks, and organizes safety training and drug screening. This position maintains records and ensures client safety screening requirements are met.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Minimum Requirements: High school diploma, 2 years of related experience or combination of education and experience; safety and OSHA experience preferred. Excellent communication, organizational and writing skills a must. Working knowledge of a variety of computer applications including Microsoft Access along with Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), SharePoint and ftp protocol software. Must be detailed, organized and a team player. Successful applicant may be subject to client-mandated drug and background checking, is subject to EPC Services’ auto insurance carrier requirements.
