Under the direct supervision of a professional engineer, the successful candidate will design pier and slab foundations for the support of structures and electrical equipment; design tapered tubular, lattice and standard shaped steel for use in substation environments; design grading and drainage plans; interface with geotechnical engineers on requirements for engineering of civil portions of substations. Occasional travel may be required.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor of Science Civil Engineering required; Master of Science Civil Engineering preferred; excellent communication skills (verbal and written); ability to work in a team environment; attention to detail; and a willingness to meet fast-paced project schedules.
