Designer – Industrial Control Systems Programmer

Billings, MT

The clientele include heavy and light industrial facilities, as well as municipal water and wastewater treatment facilities.  Some travel is required for on-site start-up and troubleshooting activities.  The successful candidate will work with a well-established group of engineers, project managers, designers, drafters, and programmers.

Minimum Requirements:  Familiarity with Industrial PLC & HMI components and programming.  Familiarity with Industrial Control Systems Design.  Prefer 3+ years of experience in the above.  Prefer an electrical engineering or technician degree.  AutoCAD training and experience a plus.  Ability to work in a drug-free work environment and to follow all company and customer safety requirements.  Ability to negotiate stairs, ladders, pipe bridges and the like in an industrial environment.  Experience with Microsoft Office software, especially Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.  Ability to function as a team player with a can-do, positive attitude. The successful applicant will be subject to client mandated drug and background checking. Occasional travel/driving will be required.
