Under minimal supervision, reporting directly to the Vice President – Business Management, the successful applicant will provide day to day administrative support relating to the electrical engineering and construction industry. This position deals with a diverse group of external contacts and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization. It also includes access to highly confidential and sensitive information. Understanding the information and the necessary discretion is essential.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Minimum Requirements: High school diploma, 2 years of related experience or combination of education and experience; construction management experience preferred. Excellent communication, organizational and writing skills a must. Working knowledge of a variety of computer applications including Microsoft Access along with Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), SharePoint and ftp protocol software. Successful applicant must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and must be a team player. Occasional travel/driving may be requested. Successful applicant may be subject to client-mandated drug and background checking, is subject to EPC Services’ auto insurance carrier requirements. Successful applicants must not require immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
