Land Services Project Manager

Woods Cross, UT

Duties will be to assist the Department Manager in the execution of the management plan for assigned projects, which include but are not limited to:

  • Helping coordinate and manage projects from inception to completion
  • Carrying out and coordinating daily administrative and operational tasks in an effective and timely manner
  • Facilitating communications between office and field staff
  • Tracking and directly reporting project status updates
  • Organizing, filing, and maintaining all current project documents and data
  • Performing survey staking and data collection
  • Ensuring compliance with necessary project specifications and safety/security requirements
  • Helping create, manage, and maintain project budgets
  • Scheduling and confirming deliveries to field staff
  • Consulting with and gathering information from technicians, engineers, contractors, etc.
  • Ensuring project adheres to a set schedule and is meeting client and project goals
  • Assisting in creating and tracking bids and proposals
  • Assisting in developing change orders and working with clients through the change order process

Minimum Requirements:  Supervisory or management experience preferred. Survey experience is required as the successful candidate must be able to lead a field crew in the collection of survey data, survey staking, and other field assignments.  Must be able to carry 50 lbs. of survey equipment and supplies for long durations over rough terrain for long distances.  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Surveying, or Business preferred.  Occasional out of town travel for up to two weeks at a time is required. The successful applicant may be subject to client-mandated drug and background checking.  Occasional travel/driving is required; therefore, the successful applicant will be subject to ECI’s auto insurance carrier requirements.  Applicants must not require sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B visa status) now or in the future.
