Project Controls Specialist

Phoenix, AZ

This position will provide entry to intermediate level project budget and schedule tasks for engineering disciplines in the company by assisting project managers in timely development and maintenance of schedules, maintaining budgets in an Enterprise Resource Planning system, modifying appropriate reporting systems with project changes, and preparing monthly reports indicating budget and schedule status.

Minimum Requirements: Associate degree in a relevant field of study required. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Project and Outlook); Power BI and Primavera experience preferred but not required; knowledge in project estimation, requirements analysis and quality assurance a plus; strong written and oral communication skills; strong organizational and analytical skills; good time management when multi-tasking; ability to adapt to changes in the work environment; manage competing demands; ability to change approach/method to best fit the situation.  Successful applicant may be subject to client mandated drug and background checking.
