Project Manager – QA/QC

Alpine, CA

Project Manager functions include but are not limited to:

  • Coordination, planning, scheduling, and monitoring of QA/QC workload;
  • Project Management oversight of QA/QC Team including monthly performance reporting and meetings;
  • Document control of project files;
  • Further development of key Performance Indicators (KPI) of performance, timeframes, schedules, due dates, etc. via software and processes defined by Client;
  • Attend all Client schedule forecast and/or coordinate meetings for upcoming workload to ensure proper resource allocation;
  • Build consistency through the QA/QC processes and coordinate with ECI and Client stakeholders for continuous improvement and ensuring QA/QC alignment with Client goals and values.

Minimum Requirements: Demonstrated experience managing a strong technically diverse team; excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong organization and planning skills; ability to work in a team environment; commitment to quality and accuracy; willingness to meet fast-paced project schedules; must possess project management execution skills to oversee and direct personnel on a project team; and ability to further develop and implement current or new project management related software applications.  It is preferred that candidates possess previous electric utility experience associated with QA/QC programs as well as experience with database, document control, and project management software applications.  The successful applicant may be subject to client-mandated drug and background checking.  Occasional travel/driving is required; therefore, the successful applicant will be subject to ECI’s auto insurance carrier requirements.  Applicants must not require sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B visa status) now or in the future.
