The successful candidate will be working under the guidance of the ECI NERC Subject Matter Expert to support any transmission, substation, and generation protection projects. This includes answering technical questions and writing bid proposals/estimates.  Focus will be PRCs and FAC-008 but may include others.

ECI is looking for a candidate who is interested in working in any of the office locations listed above.  A remote/hybrid work option would be considered for applicants that have extensive experience in the field of substation and power plant system protection with NERC compliance.

Minimum Requirements: BSEE or MSEE required; 4+ years direct experience in the field of substation and power plant System Protection with NERC PRC compliance experience; P.E. preferred; excellent verbal/written communication skills; strong organization and planning skills; ability to work in a team environment; commitment to quality and accuracy; and a willingness to meet fast-paced project schedules. The successful applicant may be subject to client-mandated drug and background checking.  Occasional travel/driving is required; therefore, the successful applicant will be subject to ECI’s auto insurance carrier requirements.  Applicants must not require sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B visa status) now or in the future.
