Ceremonial Groundbreaking – TWE Project
Shovels hit the ground last Tuesday in Rawlins, WY, as leaders and government officials formally kicked off the TransWest Express Transmission Project (TWE Project.)
The TWE Project is one of ECI’s largest projects in the books that entails a high-voltage power line that will carry renewable wind energy from southern Wyoming to the Southwest region.
Bruce LaMeres, P.E., and David Werner represented ECI at the ceremonial groundbreaking.
