The client installed a 48” water transmission line in order to meet the water needs of the residents of El Paso. The project was approximately three (3) miles in length and crossed an active gravel pit, a refinery, several commercial properties, historic sites and the University of El Paso. ECI was contracted to provide right of way services in support of the water transmission line project. In 3 months, ECI negotiated 26 parcels of land on behalf of the client. ECI also acquired the permanent easements and a temporary construction easement for the project. In addition to right of way services, ECI supported construction and settled construction damage issues.
