AN IMPRESSIVE RECORD

ECI and EPCS has an impressive Experience Modification Rate (EMR) of 0.51 for 2024. This impressive rate is due to the hard work and dedication to safety for both companies. In addition, both ECI and EPCS have had Zero OSHA Recordable Incidents in the last few years.

Our Construction Management and Testing Services Company, EPCS, managed 79 Projects totaling 940,549 subcontractor hours in 2023 with Zero Injuries to EPCS employees which is far below the Industry Average of 1.0 for EPCS and 0.03 for ECI. These projects vary from Substations, Transmission Lines, Wind and Solar Substations, Collection and BESS projects, etc. These projects also include testing services and energization of the project, which are offered by both ECI and EPCS.

SAFETY AT ALL SITES

To help ensure work site safety, we review and qualify all contractor and subcontractor safety programs, OSHA compliance, training, documentation, and past safety performance before they start work on any project. We also conduct a post-project safety review to evaluate their suitability for future projects and ensure that our next project is even safer than the last.

A PROACTIVE APPROACH

Our Duty to Stop Unsafe Acts program engages ECI, EPCS, and subcontractor employees to collaborate in creating safe workplaces by asking every employee to make safety a priority for themselves and their coworkers.

This program resulted in a 300% increase in Good Catch and Near Miss Reporting, which allows us to predict and mitigate future consequential outcomes, thus ensuring a proactive, rather than reactive safety culture.

HAZARD PREVENTION
