ECI delivers end-to-end communication solutions, covering planning, infrastructure, device selection, protocol integration, ISO/RTO compliance, networking, and full system setup. We support both new system development and migration to modern technologies, with expertise in tone, power line carrier, microwave, satellite, radio, and fiber optics for applications like SCADA, AMR, TCA, and DA.

ECI designs communication sites including regeneration, amplification, cellular, microwave, and satellite, and has completed numerous projects nationwide. Our outside plant experience spans underground cable, ADSS, and OPGW overhead systems, managing everything from routing and permitting to construction. ECI has engineered hundreds of systems using diverse architectures, mediums, and protocols, including licensed/unlicensed radio, 4G, SM/MM fiber, serial, SONET, IP LAN/WAN, and MPLS.
