Under the Paperwork Burden Reduction Act, employers may offer an alternative to automatically distributing Form 1095-C. As a result, ECI and EPCS will provide this form upon request rather than mailing it to employees.
Form 1095-C provides details about the health insurance coverage offered by your employer. You do not need this form to file your tax return.
