Electro-Test & Maintenance, Inc. Joins EPC Services Company

Billings, MT – EPC Services Company [“EPCS”], one of the largest vertically integrated EPC companies in the U.S., is pleased to announce the acquisition of Electro-Test & Maintenance, Inc. [“ETMI”] headquartered in Rapid City, SD.  ETMI provides vital utility maintenance and commissioning services to regional electric utilities, as well as equipment testing & transformer services throughout the Western U.S.  The joining of the organizations will strengthen EPCS’s Electrical Testing Services Group, significantly expand its heavy equipment maintenance capabilities, and ensure these critical services are available to a broader regional utility base in the decades ahead.
