Technical and Regional Management LEADER’S Promotions

Congratulations to Our Newly Promoted Technical and

Regional Management Leaders!

We continue to focus on the diligent progression of our technical and regional management teams and are pleased to announce the following promotions.

Mr. Jaron Reay, P.E., has accepted the responsibilities of Director of Transmission Quality Assurance and Standards. In this new position, Mr. Reay will focus on quality, standardization, innovation/efficiency, and training/communication for ECI’s Transmission Engineering Practice. Mr. Reay will continue in his General Manager role of Salt Lake City.

Mr. Mark Coldren has been promoted to General Manager of ECI’s Reading, PA office. With over 36 years of industry experience, Mr. Coldren has served as ECI’s Engineering Manager for over three years and has significantly contributed to building ECI’s partnership with First Energy.

Mr. Matt Endres, P.E., has been promoted to Engineering Manager of Madison to assist the General Manager with overall office operations. Mr. Endres has been with ECI for over 16 years and successfully served as Substation Department Manager since 2015.

Mr. Logan Erickson, P.E., has been promoted to Engineering Manager of Salt Lake City. An expansion of his current role of Transmission Department Manager, Mr. Erickson will assist the General Manager with overall office operations. Mr. Erickson has over 16 years of transmission line design experience.

Mr. John Lincoln, P.E., has accepted the responsibilities of Engineering Manager of our Las Vegas office. Mr. Lincoln will continue to serve as Subject Matter Expert for Energy Storage as well as his Team Lead position for our Power System Protection Practice.

Mr. Ryan McGuire, P.E., has been promoted to Substation Department Manager of Madison. Mr. McGuire has been with ECI for over 15 years and has achieved recognition as an effective and successful substation engineer and project manager.
