ECI’s Environmental & Permitting Team delivers comprehensive support across all phases of energy projects, from environmental planning and permitting to construction compliance. With expertise in managing sensitive and complex regulatory issues, our team provides strategic guidance, acquires long-lead permits under NEPA and local equivalents, and supports the creation of project designs and descriptions.

Our services span planning, GIS, and permitting, with GIS specialists using advanced ArcGIS technology and spatial data integration to support site selection, permitting, and engineering. ECI also offers permitting and compliance services for utility and developer projects, securing necessary construction permits and managing compliance out in the field. During construction, we liaise with inspectors, oversee environmental contractors, implement mitigation measures, and ensure that regulatory reporting and inspections are performed, providing a seamless and efficient permitting process for energy projects of any size.
